Reminder that Tete Gulley, a black transgender woman from Oregon, was found hanged in 2019. Since then, it seems that her case was never solved (the medical examiner considered it a suicide). The police opened an investigation, but nothing seems to have happened since.

Correction: TeTe Gulley died May 27th of last year, but her family has been trying to get police to investigate. The publicity did some good, though, they have now agreed to open an investigation.

This is so disgusting!!! Not that Tete Gulley shouldn’t be national news, she should! But p•lice should investigate deaths REGARDLESS of whether the public is aware of them or not!! Tf?? That’s your JOB!! Tete Gulley’s life mattered!! A thorough investigation must be conducted!
