We learned of the deceased through the following tribute posted on social media.
Heard this morning that Bob Baker has passed away. Won’t mean anything to you unless you’re a carp angler: but the bloke was a legend in carp fishing circles. He and I used to joke a lot back in the day, he had a proper sense of humour. And made mean boilies!
