Chase Pittman, a longtime fixture in the local surfing scene and co-owner of the Pink Dinghy restaurant that opened in Virginia Beach’s ViBe District this summer, died this week at 35.
“We are mourning the passing of our friend, founder and ray of sunshine,” the restaurant posted on Instagram Friday. “We appreciate your love and support.
