· FSCI mourns and remembers Cole Lipinski, who left this world far too soon. Cole played for FSCI from 2011 thru 2018 and made a tremendous impact on all those who knew him. He went on to play 4 more years of soccer at Ferrum College. Great goalkeepers need to be a leader with a voice. Cole was the epitome of a great goalkeeper. He led his teammates with a firm hand and offered encouragement when needed. He was respected by his teammates because of his compassion, understanding nature, and his dependability to be there for them. Cole was enthusiastic about his team and their success. He was respectful, kind, and caring to all those in the club. He set a great example for the younger goalkeepers and us all. He led by example. Cole Lipinski, you were our son, brother, leader, and friend. You will be greatly missed.
