Death, Obituaries : Madeline Lund of Beverly MA and Kathryn Adelstein of Winthrop Killed in Accident, John F. Fannin Charged.
WINTHROP, Mass. A man who’s reckless driving led to the killing of two women in Winthrop Massachusetts is facing charges of motor vehicle homicide and operating under the influence.
He drove crashed his car into a parked pickup truck in Winthrop this last Sunday.
John F. Fannin, 30, of Winthrop, was arraigned in East Boston District Court Monday for the deaths of 28-year-old Kathryn J. Adelstein, also of Winthrop, and Madeline Lund, 29, of Beverly.
Authorities determined that John F. Fannin was intoxicated at the time of the accident , and he was charged with two counts of motor vehicle homicide and operating under the influence, second offense, according to State Police.
