This is @krisdjsteel … Steel was one of the first DJs I met when I moved to AZ almost a decade and a half ago and he welcomed me with open arms. We played a lot of nights together on Mill Ave and Old Town S’dale over the years, not to mention a grip of one-offs etc. We didn’t get to see each other as much once I hit the road and even after that, when I broke my leg and was immobile for months, he was one of the first people to check in on me as well as being there for me/my family to help us move since I couldn’t even get out of bed. He literally dropped everything he was doing to help and continued to check in on me. Steel, I’m so, SO grateful I got to see you and hug you one last time a few months back. Rest In Peace my guy. You’re already missed. Now… All my love to his family and close friends …and to everyone, PLEASE #maskup Get off of your bullshit and do what you can to help prevent the spread of #covid19 . PLEASE. 😢🖤🥀
