Saddened to hear that Dr Alfa Saadu, who was Medical Director at Ealing Hospital when I was Chair of the Trust has died following infection with covid-19. At the age of 68 he came out of retirement to support the current crisis. He was a real gentleman…..

Dr Alfa Saadu, a 68 year old medical doctor, came out of retirement to serve his Country and save lives.
Sadly, he has died from Coronavirus while saving the lives of strangers he never met. Alfa is a hero.
