It is with tremendous sadness that we share the sudden passing of Dr. Allison Hatfield’s husband, Dr. Jason Hatfield.
Dr. Jason Hatfield was a Family Medicine physician here in Opelousas. He and Allison have four children: Olivia, Ben, Luke, and Sam. He was passionate about his family, community, and patients. His leadership and compassion will be incredibly missed by many.
Dr. Sarah Ardoin, Dr. Emily Simon, and the entire staff of Lily Pad Pediatrics are heartbroken at the loss for our dear leader and friend. Please keep Allison and her children in your prayers. May God wrap his arms around their family during this most difficult time.
We ask that you respect Dr. Hatfield’s privacy and time with her family by directing all patient care needs to our office. Dr. Ardoin, Dr. Simon and Crystal Landry, FNP will remain in the office to provide care to all of Dr. Hatfield’s patients during this trying time. Thank you all for understanding Lily Pad Pediatrics
