It is with incredible sadness that I am letting you all know that yesterday a member of our Voodoo family Erin MacKay passed away following a tragic accident on Rte 2 in Fitchburg. Erin was a radiant light, an extraordinary person and a spectacular wife and mother.
Erin’s husband Mike is a 10U Assistant Coach, her daughter Mya is on our 10U team and her niece Kyrah Kodys is longstanding member of our 16U (Asadoorian) team. Our prayers, condolences and thoughts go out to the MacKay and Kodys families during this tragic moment.
The Kodys and MacKay families are the salt of the earth and represent everything that is virtuous about human kind. Personally, I could not have any more pain and sorrow if it was a member of my own family. To Mike, Mya, Olivia, Lindsay, Diane and Rich and all the extended members of these families. please accept the condolences and heartfelt sorry of myself and the entire Voodoo family as you deal with the passing of Erin.
