DEATH / OBITUARIES :Family and friends are mourning the death of Fatima Cecilia who recently passed away.
We learned of the deceased through the following tribute posted on social media.
For those who don’t know about Fatima Cecilia, she was a 7-year old girl in Mexico who was kidnapped and found dead in a plastic bag.
Her body showed that she had been tortured and sexually assaulted.
