Jason Capizzi Death – Obituary News : Jason Capizzi has died .
We are sad to report that Jason Capizzi has passed away, according to the following statements posted on social media on August 11. 2021.
Aurora Brew Works 3h · We lost a member of our family this week. If you’ve been to ABW recently, you may have had the privilege of meeting Jason Capizzi. Regardless of which side of the bar he was on, Jason was always eager to make people feel at home. He was more than just a bartender. With a larger-than-life personality and a heart he wore on his sleeve; Jason was a kind, selfless, hard-working, funny, and all around genuine human being. Jason passed away doing what he loved; hiking through the Adirondacks and challenging himself. In just a few short years, Jason had become a huge part of ABW and a close friend to us all. We are devastated that he is gone. Our thoughts are with the Capizzi family. We love you, Jay.

So sorry to hear this. Prayers for his family and all of you.
We are so crushed to hear this. Jason was essentially the whole reason me and my husband started going to ABW and continued to go every Tuesday when he was working. We only met him a few years ago, but he was such an amazing person, and his loss will be felt by so many. Deepest of condolences to his family and the ABW community
This is absolutely heartbreaking. He was always a welcome sight when we came to ABW and we always commented when he wasn’t there he will be missed

This is tragic. I didn’t know Jay well outside the bar, but you didn’t have to in order to tell how genuinely he cared about everyone. As a total stranger he’d make you feel like an old friend, and from that point forward someone you were always excited to see. Such a terrible loss. My thoughts go out to those that loved him most.
