Thank you everyone for all your kind words in the past few days. I am feeling shocked and gutted as another friend lost his life yesterday. Life feels really unfair.John Ingoglia and I became friends in high school, volunteering. We had so many adventures and shared some tough times, from high school proms to New Orleans antics, to being on the phone during 9-11 events and the list goes on. He leaves behind a wife and three young children. He joins his dad, brother and nephew. RIPJohn Ingoglia
– I love you both so much.

Oh, Christy, this is terrible. It surely compounds your grief that they’ve happened so close together and unexpectedly. When I was in a similar situation a few years ago, I found https://whatsyourgrief.com/ a really helpful resource. I also have a good list of grief support for kids, if you want me to forward that for you to share with your friend’s wife.
