John Shockley Death – Dead – Obituary : Blackman Sammy Tinnin Arrested for Murder.
The Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department has made an arrest in an east side homicide.
According to the department, 27-year-old Sammy Tinnin has been arrested for his connection an Aug. 12 homicide.
The Marion County Coroner’s Office has identified that victim as 24-year-old John Shockley, according to a statement posted online on Aug. 26, 2020 by wishtv.com/
