Our family is here is Texas to say goodbye to my big brother. Kreg passed 4 days ago on July 7.
Although we may never find all the answers, we know Kreg sustained a head injury a couple months ago, which seemed to result in a change in his demeanor. Based both on the location and the severity of the injury, we believe Kreg lost his ability to effectively process certain aspects of life and cope with anxiety. Our sincere sympathies and prayers are coming your way Kelly Streit. I can’t imagine how hard this is for you as I still remember your KISS days with KREG ♥️You have been on my heart for a few days now… Nick, Sarah, Fred, & their family will have a ski on DODD’S lake in remembrance of KREG today ♥️ The most important point is that we must imitate the foolish love of God.

We must love not only those who love us, not only those who are like us and affirm us, but precisely those who are different and unresponsive. Our sun should shine on the good and bad alike.

Ken Doll wrote
Very sorry for your loss Kelly. While vaguely knowing the Llewellyn boys growing up in Innisfail (we lived a few houses from each other), he went on to accomplish great things and make Innisfail and Canada proud. A huge loss. Sending my condolences!

Angie Anderson wrote
I know you and Kreg had a special friendship for almost your lifetime so far Kelly. This loss is felt by many around the world, but for those of you close to Kreg the pain and sorrow is unfathomable. I’m so sorry. I hadn’t seen Kreg for a lot of year, but my memories of him when we were little are still fresh. He left an impression on me even in grade school. Thinking of you and your family Kelly.

What a beautiful tribute to Kreg, thank you Jaret Llewellyn. Sending much love to you, Chris and your family at this incredibly difficult time. I remember Kreg fondly as you were both growing up and we represented Alberta at the Canadian Nationals. Kreg was such an amazing athlete, so talented, calm and such a team player. Sending healing hugs.
