My heart is broken for one of our local studs Lafayette Dorsey Jr. in Los Angeles and Southern California. To a competitor who kicked our butts singlehandedly a few years ago and a kid I know had a huge heart and enthusiasm about the game. Rest in Peace
Taylor Wright wroteI’m sadden to hear about the loss of Lafayette Dorsey, former Pacific basketball player. I didn’t know him personally but seeing all the love and how much he impacted his peers is beautiful. I’m praying for my Pacific family especially the coaching staff & his teammates.
It’s been years since I heard his name but I remember that face anywhere, heartbroken at the news of Lafayette Dorsey Jr. passing. He was a light in any dark place and exemplary example of an athlete with heart. Cherishing our West Angeles days. Rest in Eternity old friend.
