Matt McCoy Death – Dead :  Matt McCoy Obituary : Cause of Death Unknown.

Matt McCoy has died, according to a statement posted online on September. 4, 2020.

We learned of the deceased through the following tribute posted on social media.,

Dear Bulldog family, I regret to inform everyone that we lost one of our brothers way too early… Matt McCoy (39) was a highly recruited 6’8” 2 sport athlete out of Charlotte MI. He chose to come to Ferris in 1999 as a D-Linemen. Matt played on the D-line and TE his first few years, but eventually found his calling at OT his junior year.
In 2003, Matt was selected as a Co-Captain and earned All-Gliac honors. He signed with the Detroit Lions in 2004.
In life Matt was even a better person and lived life by the book! He married his college sweetheart who was a Ferris State soccer player and together had beautiful twins (boy & girl). Matt has spent most of his professional career in management for General Motors.
I will miss my former teammate, Co-Captain, and friend! Please keep his family in your prayers ..
