Devastated and shocked to hear that my professor, Brad Watson, passed away last night. Brad was an incredibly kind, generous, and wise mentor, the kind who helped you see deep into the heart of your stories (and yourself). I feel so lucky to have gotten to know and work with him at Wyoming last year. When news got around that many of my classmates and I were staying in Laramie for Thanksgiving last November, Brad invited us all to his house. That day was filled with the kind of camaraderie and fellowship you never forget. I will miss his stories, guidance, and friendship very much.
