Another general has gone home: (The following was copied from Perry Stone’s FB page:
“JACK VAN IMPE – GOES HOME. We were saddened to hear our beloved friend Dr. Jack Van Impe, has passed. He was a noted Baptist prophecy minister whom I met in the early 1990’s at the International Prophetic Conference in Tampa, Florida. He could literally quote most of the Bible from pure memory and his impact on the prophetic world is untold. He was bold, uncompromising, determined to preach the truth and remain faithful to teach that Christ is coming – be prepared. At this time, there are only about eight ministers remaining that are considered prophetic ministers. While we do not all agree 100% on various interpretations or theories, we are a brotherhood and will continue to preach – until Christ.

I just heard that @Jack_Van_Impe passed away today. That’s a great loss to the Body of Christ. I literally grew up watching him. Even before I was born-again, his ministry had a great impact on my life. Heaven has received a great man of God. Lord, give us more like him. #honor

If you’ve read Unraptured, you’ll know just how crazy this timing is. But while I no longer agree with his theology, Rexela and his family will be my prayers. RIP Jack.
