There are multiple gunshot victims but we are not sure of any casualties.

Manhunt ongoing for at least 1 active shooter in Odessa, Texas; police ask public to get off roadways. Police: “A subject (possibly 2) … At this time there are multiple gunshot victims. The suspect just hijacked a U.S. mail carrier truck”
Police say two active shooters, multiple people gunned down in various locations, including at least one police officer. Also police presence near a theater.
