Regis Francis Xavier Philbin was an American media personality, actor, and singer, known for hosting talk and game shows since the 1960s. Having been called “the hardest working man in show business”, Philbin holds the Guinness World Record for the most hours on U.S. television. According to his profile on Wikipedia

The beloved TV host and entertainer who holds the record for most hours in front of a television camera passed away of natural causes on Friday night, according to his family. He was most well known for being the host of TV shows Live! and Who Wants to Be a Millionaire.
