This is absolutely awful news. Robert Fenstersheib’s law office is located in Hallandale Beach and he often gave back to our community in many ways. My thoughts are with his loved ones. https://t.co/LCav25iMrt

Responding multiple times to comments on your post with how many cases you have handled in personal injury has absolutely nothing to do with Robert’s passing and makes me question your motives as a firm with this post.
It surprises me that an attorney with a higher level degree would have some emotional intelligence of an appropriate time to make a post like this and clearly you didn’t think it through.
I hope you don’t handle your 3000 cases this way. I understand the news is just now reporting on it but the way you posted and keep responding to people lacks complete professionalism. The lack of judgement and insensitivity towards his family makes your firm look hungry for attention and lacking compassion.
It would be wise to remove this post out of respect for his family and post at a more appropriate time. That is just my two cents but from the looks of the comments, everyone seems to have a common agreement. I am honestly disgusted.

I find it incredibly unprofessional, insensitive, and downright cruel that you would make this post before even allowing the family to grieve this tragic incident.
I am absolutely disgusted in this behavior. And as an attorney, I will never be sending you my business and will let everyone know the rudeness and cruelty of your firm.
I hope you delete this post immediately.
