One last thing about Shanna, for tonight. I was scrolling through Twitter when I saw another student mention that Shanna gave all of her students a reporter’s notebook at the end of every semester. After a little digging, I found mine. You really will be missed, @shannahogan pic.twitter.com/zwwYyK8BoQ

Matt LaRussa I have not stopped thinking about you and your family. I never met your wife but from all I have read she seemed amazing. This came across my feed. I don’t know if you had seen it. Wanted to tag you in it. Stay strong

Thankful that this baby had his life vest on, and was safe. Even though heart-breaking that this Mom lost her life, at least her kindness to donate her organs, have saved 4 lives already. Deepest condolences to her family. May her soul RIP.

This is very sad news. I wish her family condolences. Something similar happened last year to my nephew in the DR and he was saved by the people around the pool. He is now paralyzed from the shoulders down but we are thankful he’s alive.
