Alyssia was such a big part of my life. I committed to play softball at Auburn without ever visiting & didn’t know a soul. We pulled up in the parking lot of the dorm to move in and I was so nervous because I hadn’t met my roommates yet.But there was Alyssia, dancing & waving & yelling “Hi!” to me from our window. I was instantly smiling and laughing and all my nerves went away. She was the best roommate, teammate, and friend I could have ever asked for. She was always there to make me laugh when I was down, make light of any situation, and get us through the hard days. We had the same sense of humor and would watch our favorite movies over and over, quote movies constantly, and play Just Dance every chance we could. I’ll always cherish our memories and will deeply miss her smile and laugh.
