Steve Ravitz has died, according to a statement posted online on April. 6, 2020.
Many of you know me as “the manager Evan” from SR of Union Mill Road. I miss you all and mean it sincerely that the Ravitz family are good people, Steve included…
A man who motivated and inspired me to be Mr. ShopRite myself…
Steve… you are already so sorely missed… a mentor to me and many others, sharing your stories of successes and struggles so you can help others be better people… a man I last saw at the “Track” a few months ago… Coming in with your larger than life smile… Or your many jokes at the main office that would keep us entertained on the longest of days… The world lost an amazing person today… I am most certainly a better man because of you… Steve, I know you know that you helped me in a hard period of my life… Keep smiling for us… It was an honor to be a part of your family, as you always put it… We love you Steve! I am devastated. Please be safe friends.
Rest in Peace Steve Ravitz.
