Unbelievably heartbreaking news to hear that Troy Scott, owner of Foodland in Stroud lost his battle with Covid-19. Troy was always there to help support his community and was one of the kindest most giving people you could meet. My sincere condolences to his family and many friends who are really hurting right now.

My sincerest condolences to all of Troy’s family and friends. I met Troy through mutual friends and knew him from the grocery store years ago. He was an amazing guy who literally went above and beyond to assist anyone in his community. It is a tragic loss and we are all shocked by the news. I honestly felt he would pull through as he was strong and a fighter.
