Tyrone “The Bone” Proctor Death – Dead : Tyrone Proctor Obituary : Cause of Death Unknown

A pioneer of waacking and the “grandmother of vogue,” Tyrone “The Bone” Proctor helped to form and impact it alongside Willi Ninja. He choreographed the first major music videos to feature both styles in the late 1980s, has died, according to a statement posted online on June. 8, 2020.

It is with great sadness and surprise that we acknowledge the passing of Tyrone Proctor aka “Tyrone The Bone”. He was a good friend of my father’s, held Tyrone in high regard since their time on SoulTrain til he passed 2 months ago. Our condolences to their family in this time of need. We understand your pain!! They were Brothers in Arms and I am sure they both are scooting down that Heavenly SoulTrain, showing up and showing out just like they used to back in the day!! We love you, Tyrone. You will surely be missed!
