Christmas and Holiday Season 2019 : AAA predicts Christmas Travel Surge

This Christmass will see unusual surge in people traveling withing the United States an outside the country. So If you are traveling for the holiday season, you not alone.
More Americans than ever—115.6 million—will travel this year between Saturday, Dec. 21, and Wednesday, Jan. 1.

The organization that made the prediction is AAA.
The American Automobile Association is a federation of motor clubs throughout North America. AAA is a privately held not-for-profit national member association and service organization with over 58 million members in the United States and Canada.
115.6 million is the most since AAA began tracking holiday travel in 2000 and is an increase of 3.9 percent, or 4.3 million, over last year, according to a AAA news release.

Among these 115.6 million travelers are over 104 million people that are expected to drive and INRIX, traffic is expected to be the worst on Thursday the 26th December.
