I was just in Joburg CBD near Bree Taxi Rank. I normally pass there routinely on my way to Wits. I have spotted guys selling drugs and I have been sold drugs myself presumably bcoz I spot not-so-looked-after dreadlocks. Citizens fight lawlessness with lawlessness. #JoburgCBD
